We are a boutique recruitment consultancy dedicated to the Building Services Engineering, Sustainability, Digital Engineering and Project Management sectors. We do what we say we are going to do. We go into each week with a goal in mind and a plan of how we are going to reach it. We follow a process and stick to it. We research, ask questions, and build up our knowledge of our market to add maximum value to candidates and clients.
We pick up the phone and have conversations with people. We build trust properly by speaking with people, meeting them face to face or at least over teams. We're not afraid to have difficult conversations and push back when needed. We're honest with feedback, even if it's not good news. We aim to help where we can.
We're curious and ask questions because we believe detail matters. We take detailed job briefs and pre-screens, we want to know our candidates and clients. We make sure we know who we are representing. We aim to stand out from our competitors, proving we are not spray and pray recruiters.
We show up to meetings on time. Be where we say we are going to be. We manage our time on our calendars and stick with it. If something comes up we let people know and give them notice. We stick to deadlines, people shouldn’t have to chase us. If people have taken time out for us, we show them the respect to give them what they were after.
