Assistant/ Mid-Level Client-side Project Manager

My client is a independent property group creating, delivering, owning, managing, and financing property assets.

They offer an integrated service including Project Delivery, Investment & Financing, and Property & Asset Management.

They are not your typical client-side PM firm, as they also operate in the real estate and development markets, providing investment solutions for institutional and wholesale investors in retail, commercial and industrial assets.

This arm of business provides a great opportunity for you to invest in their assets and benefit from the profit share

This boutique firm allows for direct access to directors who have been in the melbourne industry for 20+ years each, the role is directly supporting one of these directors.

The project portfolio and pipeline focuses on commerical, education, hospitality and retail projects, the pipeline in Melbourne is strong and have on going work.

Education or commerical sector experience is prefferable as this will be a strong focus for the Melbourne team.

Must haves

• Minimum of three years of PM consultancy experience in Australia.
• Full life cycle experience from concept to handover.
• Bulk of experience has been within built form.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Nice-to-haves

• Technical background, studies in architecture, construction or engineering.
• New build experience.
• Commerical or Education experience.
