You'll take full ownership of the WA business - leading people, projects and performance while continuing to be hands-on with clients and design.
Lead and mentor the WA and Manila teams, driving quality, collaboration and technical excellence.
Own the P&L and growth strategy for WA, with autonomy to shape direction and delivery.
Strengthen client relationships and build new ones across the local market.
Recruit and develop your own team, creating a culture built on accountability and trust.
Collaborate nationally, contributing to a unified approach across Sydney and Melbourne.
Deliver diverse projects spanning multi-residential, education, health, industrial and fit-out sectors.
Hybrid working model, with flexibility and plans for a new CBD office space in 2026.

You're an experienced Building Services Engineer, Electrical or Mechanical (ideally) ready for the next step.
