What You'll Be Walking Into

You're not just inheriting a role-you're designing the entire digital strategy from the ground up.

This consultancy is already delivering high-performance building services across Australia, known for its creative edge and sharp commercial instincts. With national momentum and a leadership team that genuinely values digital transformation, they're investing in the tools, people and processes to future-proof their delivery model.

You'll be reporting directly to the Building Services Director and leading a growing team in both Australia and the Philippines.

What You'll Be Doing (And Why You'll Love It)

This is not a coordination-only role. You'll:

• Architect and continuously improve BIM workflows to ISO 19650 and company standards
• Spearhead Revit automation, Dynamo scripting, and digital content libraries
• Oversee federated model production and QA across multiple disciplines
• Mentor engineers and modellers in Australia and offshore, growing a high-performing digital team
• Be the internal authority on digital tools, vendor strategy, and cross-discipline integration

You're given the freedom to lead, technically, strategically, and operationally.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You…

• Have 8-15+ years in digital engineering or BIM for MEP/Building Services
• Are fluent in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and coordination across Mech/Elec/Hydraulics
• Can script in Dynamo and build scalable workflows and automation
• Know how to lead teams, implement standards, and drive offshore QA
• Want influence-over people, platforms, and delivery strategy

Bonus points if you've worked with BIM 360, Revizto, Python or led APAC-wide digital teams.
