Electrical Associate - Sydney - To $190K + 32 days paid annual leave
Established over 50 years ago in Sydney, this privately owned engineering consultancy has offers the best of both worlds.

You'll get 32 days paid annual leave, access to their profit share system, two days work from home; and no expectation to work more than 40 hours a week.
Due to a recent promotion, they are now looking for an Electrical Associate for their Sydney office, which is based in SW Sydney.
Their M&E team is headed up by a supportive and down to earth Director who will always have your back, and help you grow and develop the Electrical team.
There's no glass ceiling here, and they can accommodate someone who wants to become a Technical Director, or someone who enjoys generating business. And once you've hit a certain amount (which is very realistic) of profit, you'll be rewarded with an additional bonus every 6 months.
You'll enjoy working on complex and interesting projects that matter to the community including hospitals, schools, leisure centres, mixed-use developments and major infrastructure projects.
You'll be the Lead Electrical Building Services Engineer on projects; and have full control over the success and direction of the team. You'll use your own initiative to drive projects forward and be trusted to just get on with the design, document, manage and deliver projects; ensuring they remain profitable. You'll also guide and mentor a capable design team, QA their work before it's issued; and also identify any training needs for the team.
When it comes to the office, again you get the best of both worlds. They have plenty of free secure parking; and are also just a few minutes from a train station.
