Electrical BIM Designer (Revit)

From model to site - own your work and see it built.

If you're tired of modelling in isolation or getting drawings back from site with markups that don't make sense, this is your upgrade.

This isn't a consultancy role where your model disappears after Design stage. You'll be embedded in a tight-knit BIM team inside a tier 1 electrical contractor, producing Revit documentation that directly informs construction. You'll collaborate daily with electrical engineers, attend coordination meetings, and regularly liaise with the site to resolve real-world issues.

You'll work on some of Melbourne's most high-profile construction jobs, think multi-level hospitals, data centres with zero downtime tolerance, and flagship commercial towers. Your work will be built, and you'll be a part of that process every step of the way.

What you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience with Revit MEP, ideally on large construction or healthcare projects
• An eye for detail and confidence in reading and interpreting markups, redlines, and site feedback
• Comfortable working with engineers, site managers, and trades
• Navisworks, BIM360, and a genuine passion for coordination are all big ticks
