The structure is flat and the autonomy is real. You manage your own scope. You decide how your week runs. If you finish early because the work's done, you leave. No one's counting your hours, they care about what you deliver, not when you clock out.

What you'll be doing

You'll work as an Electrical Commissioning Engineer on data centre projects across Melbourne, embedded in a team of specialists and working across the full commissioning lifecycle, from the 60-90% design stage through to handover.

Day to day that means leading electrical commissioning activities on site, working directly with general contractors and clients, problem-solving in real time, and communicating clearly across all levels of a project, from the trades on the tools to the hyperscale client team in the meeting room.

This is site-based work. Melbourne projects, own car required (all kilometres reimbursed at the ATO rate - phone and site expenses covered too).

What you'll need

• A solid electrical background: trades or degree, both work here
• Real commissioning experience on large construction projects
• The ability to communicate clearly with anyone on a project, from tradies to client directors
• Your own car and the flexibility to work across Melbourne sites
