What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)

You'll take ownership of Mechanical (HVAC) BIM modelling across live projects, working alongside contractors, developers and consulting engineers. Key aspects of your role will include producing;

• Detailed, construction-ready HVAC models in Revit

• Fully coordinated Mechanical services drawings

• Clash detection using Navisworks

• Model collaboration via Revizto (or similar cloud based platforms)

• QA checks to ensure models are clean, accurate and aligned with client standards

• Resolving real-world services conflicts and helping make the "impossible" buildable.

This means your work won't just sit in a model, it'll go to site and get built!

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience using Revit MEP

• Strong HVAC modelling capability, good understanding of building services

• Comfortable producing detailed, coordinated, construction-ready drawings

• Experience in a contractor, BIM bureau or engineering consultancy environment

• Confident with Navisworks and Revizto (or a similar BIM cloud collaboration platform.)

• You care about producing models that are technically right, clean and buildable.
