Must haves for the role
- Minium five years of experience.
- At least half of that has been in a project management consultancy.
- Strong previous tenure.
- Full life cycle experience from concept to handover.
- Be based in Brisbane or moving with set plans.
- Full working rights and not requiring sponsorship.
- Degree qualification in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related
Nice to haves
- Previous work with Head contractor.
- Commercial experience (new build / refurbishment)
- Living Sector experience (BTS, BTR, Hotels etc.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive, delivery-focused approach.
