Senior Client-Side Project Manager (Construction)

The client

My client is a boutique and growing project management, development and advisory consultancy.

The project portfolio and pipeline focus on the health, education, accommodation and commerical projects.

Including high density residential, social housing, schools, hospitals and retirement living.

Projects up to $250 million in value, sweet spot being between $20-100 million.

Please apply if you have met the below criteria.

• End to End project management experience as the lead PM.
• 7+ years' experience in a client-side PM consultancy enviroment.
• Experience in health projects strongly preffered.
• Experience is in the built environment, No I.T or infrastructure please!
• Australia based and bulk of experience has been in local market.
• Full working rights.
• Strong previous tenure.
• Experience running teams and mentoring juniors.
• Can open doors and develop business for your new company.
