This is a chance to take real ownership of hospitality and mixed-use projects, from early concept through to delivery in a studio that genuinely values design thinking, not just documentation.
Why this role stands out:
Design-led hospitality & mixed-use projects - hotels, high-end residential and large-scale developments, well beyond concept-only work
True studio environment - collaborative, creative, and supportive, working directly with senior architects and leadership
Space to make it your own - autonomy to shape interiors, influence outcomes, and leave your mark on every project
You'll be joining a close-knit, design-focused practice with a strong reputation across hospitality, commercial and master-planned developments. The work is already well established - many projects are past master planning and moving through concept and delivery - which means you're not selling ideas that never get built.
The culture is genuinely collaborative. Designers work side-by-side with senior architects and leadership, sharing ideas early and often. There's a real investment in coaching, development, and long-term growth - not just utilisation targets.
And importantly, this studio believes great design needs time, trust, and balance. Reasonable timelines, realistic workloads, and space to do quality work are part of how they operate, not just something written on a website.
Add to that a standout office space with incredible views, and it's a place people actually enjoy coming into.
This is a senior interior design position with real influence.
You'll be hands-on across the full lifecycle of projects - from early design thinking and concept development through to documentation and delivery. You'll be trusted to lead interiors packages, collaborate closely with architects, and contribute meaningfully to the overall design narrative.
There's also a clear opportunity here to step into a leadership-style role, shaping how interiors are approached within the studio and mentoring others as the team grows.
In short: this is not a "sit in the corner and document" role. It's for someone who wants their ideas built.
