What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)

• Leading projects across all stages, from briefing and design reviews to delivery and contract administration

• Bringing fresh ideas into hospitality and education design, with room to experiment and innovate

• Managing project programs, budgets, and resources, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction

• Collaborating with Principals and Associates while guiding and mentoring project teams

• Building strong client relationships through direct engagement and trust

What you'll need

• Strong experience in interior design (hospitality and/or education project experience highly regarded)

• Proficiency in Revit and confidence in detailing and documentation

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage consultants, clients, and internal teams

• For senior-level applicants: leadership skills, proven ability to manage budgets, and mentor team members
