Your Role

You'll lead projects end-to-end design, documentation, and delivery, ensuring every detail reflects the studio's commitment to quality and intent. You'll guide and support a talented team of designers and graduates, fostering a collaborative environment where ideas are shared freely, and everyone has a voice.

Working closely with the Director, you'll have the opportunity to influence how the practice evolves contributing to design direction, mentoring structures, and future growth.

Who You Are

• A Registered Architect (or close to registration) in NSW
• Experienced leading projects through all stages from concept to construction
• Confident mentoring and motivating others
• Collaborative by nature and great at building trust with clients and consultants
• Skilled in Revit and comfortable managing BIM workflows
• Someone who thrives in a design-focused, hands-on environment
