While they may be smaller in size (around 10 in Sydney and 50 in Melbourne), their project portfolio spans residential and class 2 work, along with ventures in education, industrial, and aged care.
Their approach to staff development is refreshing. Responsibilities are assigned based on readiness, and not years of experience. you want to be more technical, they will give you hands-on, one-to-one training, if you want to be more commercial, they’ll get you involved in client meetings, if you want to manage people, they will give you the opportunity to do so.
They work hard, but they have fun whilst they are doing it. Most of the intermediate level engineers can WFH twice a week, however if you are a junior, they prefer their staff to be in the office 5 days a week, as they feel this is the best way to learn, but they try to make their environment as fun as possible…. So, work doesn’t always feel like work.
They are now looking to hire an intermediate to senior Structural Engineer. You will be focusing on designing and technical delivery for a wide range of structural projects. You’ll also pick up the phone and deal with different clients and go to site meetings/inspections.
