  • Lead Draftsperson responsibility across commercial, high-rise and industrial projects from day one
  • Revit-first environment, BIM is core to how this team works, not an afterthought
  • 40-year-old consultancy with the project pipeline to match, and a genuine mentorship culture

Most structural drafting roles treat Revit as a tool. This one treats it as the language.

This consultancy has been delivering structural and civil engineering projects across Australia for over 40 years. Their Sydney structural group is growing and this is a newly created seat, which means you're not inheriting someone else's mess. You're setting the standard.

The team works across commercial, high-rise and industrial projects. As Senior Structural Drafter, you'll produce and self-check detailed drawings and models to LOD 300 minimum, act as Lead Draftsperson on projects, and liaise directly with Job Managers.

If you've been waiting for a role where BIM experience, Dynamo, Revizto, ACC; is actually valued rather than tolerated, this is it.

Day to day you'll be working with real autonomy. No micromanagement. You own your output, you check your own work, and you're trusted to manage drawing issues and document control without being chased.

The role suits someone with 5 to 10-plus years of local structural drafting experience, strong Revit skills, and a background in commercial or industrial projects. BIM knowledge will set you apart here, it's not a requirement, but the team will notice.

Hybrid working kicks in after initial training. There's a genuine mentorship culture, lunch and learns, parental leave, and a team that invests in people beyond the project deadline.
