Connexus have recently compiled the data from our 2020 placements along with market research to present a salary guide that provides some guidance on salary benchmarking. In general, we have seen salaries stay consistent across the board, however some consultants are reporting a 5-10% drop in total salary packages due to COVID 19.
Note that the bandings are quite wide, taking into account those with in-demand project experience, previous relevant industry exp (i.e construction/project management), and business development capabilities. We generally see an increase of 10% on the below salaries between consultancies/boutiques and contractors.
