In just over a decade, they have grown to around 250 consultants. They have doubled in size in the last two years, and in the next 2 years, they intend to do the same. By 2028, they have plans to be a global entity with 800.
There is a genuine buzz about the place.
Although their roots are in Building Services (and they are top of their game)!, they are keen to take their successes into new sectors, and a year ago set up a structural discipline, which they have already grown to 8. They now have plans to emulate this within the civil engineering space.
They are looking for an associate or principal-level civil engineer to join them on their journey in the capacity of NSW State Director. There is already a strong, established pipeline of work, that you’ll have access to straight away, so it’s not a cold start. This isn’t just a business development role, although you will be expected to build on already strong relationships.
In the early stages of the role, you’ll take a hands-on approach to projects, however, you’ll be supported to grow a team. They have plans to grow the civil team to 20 people within 5 years, with you at the helm!
You’ll be paid fairly and receive a bonus when you do well. There will be potential to gain equity in the future. You’ll be given the flexibility to work from home a couple of days a week and be treated like an adult. You’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects in the residential, commercial, hospitality, education, health, and industrial sectors.
