Associate Director - Project Management - Capital Works

My client is a independent property group who offers an integrated service including Project Delivery, Investment & Financing, and Property & Asset Management.

They are not your typical PM firm, as they also operate in the real estate and development markets, providing investment solutions for institutional and wholesale investors in retail, commercial and industrial assets.

This arm of business provides a great opportunity for you to invest in their assets and benefit from the profit share.

You'll lead projects mainly within the commercial space, representing some of Australia's biggest names in corporate real estate (think A-REITs!).

No two days will be the same. Whilst you will be largely delivery focussed, as a leader in the business, you will mentor others, seek to identify growth strategies, and develop business through building great relationships with new and existing clients.

Must haves

• Minimum of ten years of experience in delivery position.
• Experience leading teams.
• Vast experience with CAPEX programs of work.
• Commerical experience with A-REITs.
• Full life cycle experience from concept to handover.
• Bulk of experience has been within built form.
• Full working rights in Australia.
