Our client is one of Australia’s largest privately owned multi-disciplinary consultancies, with over 450 staff along the east coast, offering design and project management services in the likes of building services, civil, structural, water, environmental and chemical engineering. They are well known for their traditional and client-led approach to design, which has led to them building strong relationships within social infrastructure sectors such as education, healthcare and defence.
Day to day:
Lead mechanical and multi-disciplinary design teams across various project sizes and sectors.
Developing fee proposals and tenders
Managing resourcing and project budgets
Providing mentorship and guidance to the mechanical and project teams
Business development and building relationships with clients.
What we need:
Experience in a similar position within the building services environment
Experience in working across a broad range of project sectors.
Great technical knowledge
Ability to get involved in marketing and business development.
Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering
CPEng and or NER
