Client-side project manager- Commercial Fit out

You will represent institutional clients to manage design, construction, and relocation projects.

Benefit from a portfolio spanning greenfield developments to high-quality fit outs and refurbishments, across single and multi-site rollouts, including national programs.

As a Project Manager in the Commercial Fit-Outs team, you'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end project management services across workplace, retail and other commercial environments.

You'll manage several projects concurrently, typically 4 to 8 at varying stages and will take ownership of key delivery phases with support from senior colleagues.

This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously on project elements while continuing to grow your leadership and commercial skills within a collaborative and high-performing team.

Must haves

• Minimum of five years of PM consultancy experience in Australia.
• Strong contract administration experience.
• Full life cycle experience from concept to handover in the commercial fit out space.
• Bulk of experience has been within built form.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Nice-to-haves

• Technical background, studies in architecture, construction or engineering.
• New build experience
• Aged care or education sector experience.
• Immediate start
