Unlike narrow package roles, you'll gain full trade exposure and operate within robust ISO-certified systems. Key Responsibilities
- Administer contracts across full trade scope, not just isolated packages.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate subcontractor agreements.
- Track project costs, variations, and progress claims.
- Support PMs and SMs with compliance, reporting, and consultant liaison.
What You Bring
- Experience as a CA on $5-$20m institutional or civic projects.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, financial tracking, and procurement.
- Proven track record in schools, small government buildings, or aged care.
- Clear communication and organisational skills, with ISO/IMS familiarity an advantage.
