Why this role?

You've got 5-7 years under your belt, but maybe your current role feels like you're stuck producing drawings without real influence. Here, you'll work in a studio that backs your ideas, trusts your skills, and gives you the chance to run projects from concept through to delivery.

This practice has built its reputation on collaboration and design excellence. With studios across the eastern seaboard, you'll join a close-knit team working on a strong pipeline of projects, from high-density residential developments to thoughtfully designed seniors living communities.

What you'll be doing (and why it matters)

• Taking the design lead on significant projects, ensuring your creative vision is realised

• Collaborating with directors, colleagues, consultants, and clients to deliver projects that win awards-not just approvals

• Using your advanced Revit skills to create, coordinate, and present documentation that makes design intent crystal clear

• Engaging in design reviews and client presentations where your voice carries weight

Is this you?

• 5-7 years post-graduation, with at least 3 years in the Australian market

• Strong portfolio in multi-residential and/or seniors living design

• Advanced Revit skills (non-negotiable)

• Confident communicator, comfortable in client meetings and design discussions

• Registered architect-or working towards registration

• (Bonus points for experience in Rhino, Enscape, Adobe Suite, or sustainability-focused design)
