In this role, you’ll become part of a young and ambitious leadership team, and report directly to the property group Managing Director, giving you autonomy to make decisions quickly and decisively. Day to day, you will be responsible for leading a small team of 4 and be exposed to all facets of the property world, including development management, sourcing development of sites, feasibility preparations, acquisitions and due diligence, sales and financing, leasing and tenancy coordination and tenant advisory. As a leader within the business, you’ll also be able to utilize the network that you have built to grow the further grow the team and be financially rewarded for doing so!
Whilst you will have a lot of responsibility within the business, you won’t be tied to your desk for 50+ hours a week and will be able to work between the office and home when needed. These guys are big on work-life balance, believing that you work to live, not live to work, and that you should genuinely have fun where you work!
