You'll be in the thick of things from day one - owning designs, engaging directly with clients, leading projects, and mentoring junior engineers. Project teams here are tight and technically focused, which means you'll have direct access to senior leadership and be trusted with real responsibility.

You're likely already working in building services with 5-12 years of experience and:
Solid design experience in electrical building services (lighting, power, comms, etc.)
Project leadership skills or ready to step up into that space
A strong understanding of Australian standards and compliance requirements
Clear communication and confidence working with clients, architects, and builders
Bonus if you've worked in healthcare, defence, or education sectors - but not essential
Healthcare project experience will help - but if you're switched on and driven, they'll back you to grow into the role.
$120k-$150k + super, reviewed annually
