This is an opportunity with an engineering consultancy whose brand is synonymous with high quality building services engineering. With over 25 years in the industry, 4 offices and 60+ consultants they can compete at the bigger end of town, and work on some fantastic projects whilst keeping the boutique and family orientated culture that makes them such a great place to work! Due to continuous growth, they are now seeking to recruit an Intermediate to Senior Electrical Engineer.
Day to Day:
Leading the design of complex electrical services (building services)
Managing small to large-scale projects from the development of scope to handover
Mentoring and guiding junior and intermediate engineers across mechanical engineering and coordinating other services.
Providing QA to the design team
Attending client meetings and building relationships with project stakeholders
What we need:
Experience in a similar position, within the building services environment (either with a consultancy or contractor
With at least 5 years Australian experience
Good understanding of design concepts, the BCA, and Australian standards
Candidate needs to be able to demonstrate strong project management and communication skills.
Proficiency in working with AutoCAD and Revit preferred but not essential.
Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
CPEng and/or NER or working towards
