Where you'll be doing it

You'll join a nimble, multidisciplinary team where directors still do the work and make room for future leaders to step in. The model has already delivered success in hydraulics, and they're fully committed to building out the same strength in electrical. This isn't just a hire-it's a strategic move with capital, clients, and a roadmap ready to go.

What you'll be doing (and why it matters)

  • Leading your own projects and people, without red tape or legacy processes.
  • Running healthcare and commercial projects up to $250M in value.
  • Mentoring 3-4 engineers while setting technical and delivery standards.
  • Taking revenue and margin ownership-and being rewarded for it.
  • Shaping the growth of the electrical division and the broader business.

You'll thrive here if…

  • You've spent 7-12 years delivering electrical building services projects from concept to handover.
  • You know what good looks like-and you want the autonomy to build it your way.
  • You're hands-on with clients and confident writing fee proposals.
  • You're hungry to grow a team and take your place at the board table.

Bonus points if you've got experience in healthcare projects or you're chartered (CPEng/CEng)-but they're not deal-breakers.
