Are you a high-achieving PM who prefers team-based results over solo delivery?
Our client is a project management and property advisory consultancy focusing on a range of exciting projects in a diverse range of sectors, they offer large projects in the new and existing building space and work with a strong client base of public and private clients.
You will know the name of everyone you work with and be part of the team-based ethos, where project managers join in groups of three to pool knowledge and expertise and meet the client's needs as a team. At the end of the week of working in tandem, the team of three will meet where they can troubleshoot together and create direct action plans on how to achieve the desired results.
They have found the perfect balance between guidance and autonomy and pride themselves on communication, support, and team power.
Education, health & commercial projects would be the focus, however, they are open to people from a broad range of sectors and industry experience.
Project managers and senior project managers are welcome to apply, client-side experience is preferred but construction project managers would also be considered given they have the right attitude and willingness to join a team all searching for the same goal.
Flexibility working arrangements are there if you need them, although to really soak up the culture it would be a shame to miss out on being in the office.
