These are not your typical client-side PM firm, they also operate in the real estate and development markets, providing investment solutions for institutional and wholesale investors in retail, commercial and industrial assets. This arm of business provides a great opportunity for employees to invest their assets and benefit from the profit share.
They work on a broad range of projects in the aged care, commercial, education, fit-out, health hospitality, mixed-use, residential, and retail sectors in the project delivery side of the business.
The managing directors are closely entwined with the business, all employees have direct access to each of them and benefit from the daily support of upper management.
The working week would be split between working from home and their offices in Lavender Bay where they are preparing to move into a brand-new office. Our client invests in their people and the result is an extremely low turnover and promotion from within.
