They have grown from a building services specialist to a genuine multidisciplinary consultancy that includes civil engineering, structures, intelligent buildings, digital engineering, and sustainability. They have recently expanded overseas and plan to continue to do so.

They are now looking for an Associate Electrical Engineer to join them on the 'rocket ship'.

The role doesn't have a huge focus on business development (the work is already there!), and will have more of an emphasis on technical delivery, leading projects and mentorship/development of the electrical team (currently a team of 9). You'll have the support of 2 associate director in the team who are very highly regarded.

For this role, you'll need to have at least 10 years experience in the local building services sector, and be a confident technical lead. Ideally you'll have exposure to a wide range of sectors, including education, health, industrial, retail and residential and hold relevant sign off accrediations.
