Senior Mechanical Engineer (Data Centres)
$140k-$170k + super (flexible)
Sydney
Fed up with management putting sh*t projects on your desk?
Want to work on something interesting rather than just where the $$$ is?
How about both?
My client is a global tier 1 consultancy with roughly 17,000 employees across the world, who won't take on a project solely because the cash looks good, but the work is genuinely interesting. We're talking large scale, architecturally lead projects that everyone in the market wants their hands on.
They have managed to keep their structure flat - meaning no corporate egos and I am's.
They promote and give pay rises when you've earned them, not because of how long you've been with the business or because you're friends with the manager.
And if that's not good enough…
You'll get access to their profit-sharing scheme from day 1- as a fully fledged employee-owned business.
Having consistently secured some of Australia's largest data centre projects with the sectors biggest names, they're looking to bring in a Senior Mechanical Engineer to the Sydney team.
The position will primarily involve working on large scale data centres.
For this role, they need somebody who has worked in the Australian industry for at least a handful of years. The candidate must be able to lead their own design packages through concept and detailed phases and be confident in coordinating with the client and other stakeholders.
Do not worry if you do not have a CV ready; that can be discussed later. If you are open to hearing more you can either:
We look forward to hearing from you!
