We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead a high profile, $100M+ industrial development in Western Sydney. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a nationally recognised Tier 2 builder renowned for delivering complex D&C projects across the logistics, warehousing, and commercial sectors.

Notably, I previously placed the Senior Project Manager on this client's flagship Sydney project - an individual who has recently been promoted to Project Director. Your Background

• Proven track record as a Project Manager or Senior PM on D&C industrial or commercial builds valued at $50M+
• Expertise in design coordination, procurement strategy, and stakeholder engagement
• Capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors across technically demanding scopes
• A proactive, solutions-driven leadership style with a calm, delivery-focused approach

Applicants must hold tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, and possess relevant industry experience including time spent overseeing personnel on complex design and construct projects.
