Although their roots are in Building Services (and they are top of their game)!), they are keen to take their successes into new sectors, and a year ago set up a structural engineering discipline.
Headed up by one a highly talented Director, they have gone from strength to strength, growing the team to 3 people, with plans to grow it to 6 in the coming months. They have an enviable pipeline of projects and are already highly regarded in the industry.
They are looking for a senior structural engineer to join them on their journey. Supported by the Director, you’ll lead and influence projects, build relationships with the client, and mentor junior engineers. In the future, they will reward you with further responsibility and a route to the associate level – something that can be included in your individual learning and development program.
You’ll be paid fairly and receive a bonus when you do well. You’ll be given the flexibility to work from home a couple of days a week and be treated like an adult. You’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects in the residential, commercial, education, health, and industrial sectors.
