Seeking a talented Mechanical Team Leader to join their team, who shares a passion for engineering excellence and sustainable design.
The Role As the team leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of mechanical engineers and delivering sustainable, innovative, and functional design solutions on a range of projects. You will collaborate with other engineering teams, provide input into projects, and support our clients through all stages of design.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
6+ years of experience in building services engineering
Experience leading or mentoring a team of engineers.
Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in Leading Multi-discipline projects
