As Site Manager, you will take ownership of a major industrial development - ensuring delivery of complex warehouse and logistics facilities with heavy civil and services components. You'll report to the Project Manager and Construction Manager while leading daily site operations, subcontractors, and trades to deliver outcomes on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations, including subcontractor and supplier coordination
- Oversee site establishment, set-out, and compliance with WHS and quality standards
- Drive construction programs, ensuring budgets and milestones are achieved
- Lead site teams, fostering collaboration, efficiency, and accountability
- Conduct inductions, toolbox talks, and enforce safe work practices
- Maintain site reporting and documentation using Procore and paperless systems
- Liaise professionally with consultants, clients, and external stakeholders
- Contribute to design reviews, procurement, and project delivery strategies
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering large industrial or commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodology
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with construction software
- Commitment to quality, safety, and positive project outcomes
